PARAMEDICAL TRAINING COURSES
As part of Good Shepherd Health Initiative, paramedical training programs such as Multi-Purpose Health Worker, Phlebotomy and Pharmacy Assistant courses are offered for young girls who have completed grade 12 or high school. This program is a joint venture by the Government of Telangana and Good Shepherd Hospital aimed at empowering marginalised girls and women. The enrolled students are trained at GS Hospital, Pharmacy and Diagnostic centre and external exams are conducted at centres allocated by the state government. Government recognised certificates are distributed on the successful completion of the program.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational therapy (OT) focuses on improving skills related to fine motor skills, gross motor skills, hand-eye coordination and and overall physical abilities. OT also helps in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting. Occupational therapists use sensory integration techniques to help regulate sensory processing.
